Meet Lynne Nicole

About Your Instructor

Lynne Nicole Smith, has been immersed in the world of Qigong for over two decades. As a senior trainer with the Institute of Integral Qigong and T'ai Chi, Lynne has not only witnessed the transformative power of Qigong but has lived it.

Having healed her nervous system through Qigong and finding relief from pain due to a serious knee and hip injury, Lynne's life story is a testament to the effectiveness of this ancient practice. Along with helping her body come back to balance after a serious fall,  Qigong has played a pivotal role in healing her nervous system and restoring emotional balance and peace in her life.

She has reached thousands of students leading trainings, C.E. courses, retreats, classes and workshops for the past 23 years. Lynne is deeply committed to sharing ways we can use this practice in our lives to relieve physical pain which is often connected to depression and the blues.  

She hopes to have the opportunity to practice with you, enabling you to access the healing energy within yourself through Qigong and nature. Both offer a non-pharmaceutical approach to finding genuine relief and rediscovering the joy of living this beautiful life.
