Welcome to Qigong Infused Yoga! I am happy you are here visiting to learn more about the practice and about me as well. I have been teaching Qigong since 2002 and Yoga since 2005. For the past fifteen years, I have been integrating Qigong into all of my Yoga classes and have witnessed many testimonials of the powerful benefits of the practice when Yoga and Qigong are integrated together. I see Qigong and Yoga as allies on the same path towards healing physical, mental and emotional tension. They are both deep healers of all levels of our being.
For me Qigong and Yoga have helped to rewire my nervous system which was affected by early trauma. I can safely say after years of trying many modalities and therapies that it has been Qigong and Yoga that have facilitated my healing the most effectively. I have learned ways to manage my anxiety, stress and nervous system using the exercises and tools within Qigong Infused Yoga. I have created Qigong Infused Yoga to support people who value self-care, preventative medicine and holistic healing in their lives. I believe in this practice because IT WORKS.
I am currently a Senior Trainer with the Institute of Integral Qigong and T’ai Chi and The Producer of the Qigong Infused Yoga DVD you may have noticed on the home page. I am holding Qigong Infused Yoga Teacher Training Programs and Webinars so that we can work together no matter where you might live. My hope is that the ripples on the pond towards deeper compassion, healing and resolution grow wider and deeper.
It is my deepest hope that you find what you most need through embracing a meditative healing arts practice that is simple, gentle and profound in it’s benefits, accessible to all.
