Qigong Infused Yoga ™ is a calming mind/body practice that is particularly powerful in healing the nervous system. Through it, we find a way to fully inhabit our bodies while cultivating self-love and a caring relationship towards all the parts of who we are.

Our writing will take place at key junctures, pausing from the movement to reflect on the page; to notice and articulate what is happening inside our bodies and hearts. It can have a powerful effect on one’s ability to articulate internal messages to connect mind to body.
