Sunday Class will include the 4 baskets of Qigong Practice:
1. Breathing exercises
2. Movement
3.Self-Massage
4.Meditation
We will do tapping, shaking like a tree, and walking meditation. We will lubricate our joints, do some light stretching and learn beautiful qigong forms such as the 7 precious gestures, the 5 Treasures, The Healing Sounds and more! Start every Sunday with a program that will both relax and energize you and bring you to a deeper place of physical, mental and emotional healing.
