What is the Qigong Infused Yoga® Training

The World Is Craving What Qigong Has to Offer

If you're a yoga teacher, therapist, healthcare professional, holistic practitioner or someone drawn to the healing arts, you've probably noticed something.

People aren't just looking for another exercise class.

They're searching for relief from chronic stress, persistent tension, pain, anxiety, burnout, and nervous system overwhelm. They're longing to feel grounded, energized, and at home in their bodies again.

Perhaps you are, too.

This is why Qigong is capturing the attention of practitioners and students around the world.

For thousands of years, Qigong has helped people cultivate life energy, regulate the nervous system, relieve chronic tension, reduce pain, and awaken the body's innate capacity to heal. Today, more yoga studios, wellness centers, and healthcare settings are embracing Qigong because it offers something many people are desperately seeking: a gentle, accessible, modifiable practice that meets people exactly where they are.

The Qigong Infused Yoga® Training is more than a professional certification.

It is a transformational journey into one of the world's oldest healing arts.

Over eight weeks, you'll immerse yourself in a trauma-informed approach that blends the timeless wisdom of Qigong with the familiarity and accessibility of Gentle Yoga. You'll learn practices that not only support your students and clients but transform the way you care for yourself.

As you cultivate your own life energy, you'll experience what it feels like to release chronic tension, calm your nervous system, move with greater ease, deepen your presence, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your body.

Because the most effective practitioners don't simply teach healing.

They embody it.

You'll graduate with practical, immediately applicable tools to:

  • Help regulate the nervous system and reduce the effects of chronic stress
  • Support people living with chronic pain, tension, anxiety, and burnout
  • Integrate Qigong seamlessly into yoga classes, therapy sessions, wellness programs, or private practice
  • Differentiate yourself with a highly sought-after skill that complements your existing work
  • Build a lifelong personal practice that nourishes your own health, resilience, and vitality

Whether you're looking to expand your professional offerings, deepen your personal practice, or discover how Qigong can enrich your life, this training will give you the confidence, experience, and inspiration to share these profound healing practices with others.

The world doesn't need more people doing more.

It needs practitioners who know how to help people slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with themselves, and awaken the healing intelligence already within them.

We would be honored to welcome you into the Qigong Infused Yoga® Training.

Your own healing is the beginning. The lives you touch are the ripple effect.
