With over 20 years of expertise in teaching Qigong and Qigong Infused Yoga™, Lynne has dedicated her life's work to sharing these mind/body practices worldwide. Her personal journey began with the discovery of powerful nervous system healing through mind/body practices, leading her to create  Qigong Infused Yoga™, the Qigong Infused Yoga™ DVD and streamable video and the 10 week Qigong Infused Yoga™ training program.

Lynne's teachings have reached individuals worldwide through both online and in-person classes, workshops, retreats and training programs.
