With over 20 years of expertise in teaching Qigong and Qigong Infused Yoga™, Lynne has dedicated her life's work to sharing these mind/body practices worldwide. Her personal journey began with the discovery of powerful nervous system healing through mind/body practices, leading her to create  Qigong Infused Yoga™, the Qigong Infused Yoga™ DVD and streamable video and the 10 week Qigong Infused Yoga™ training program.

Lynne's teachings have reached individuals worldwide through both online and in-person classes, workshops, retreats and training programs. Recognized as a senior trainer with the Institute of Integral Qigong and T'ai Chi, Lynne's superpower lies in her own transformative experience with Qigong woven into her Yoga practice and teaching.  Each element of the practice is designed to offer specific benefits.
