Qigong for Resilience was filmed outdoors by Lake Pleasant in Montague, Ma with Richard Adams and Jill Terrell, two regular students and friends in our "Start Your Sunday with Qigong" calss. It includes movements like "Lotus", "Bathing in Golden Light from the Sun", "Heart Salutations", and closes with Shavasana(Corpse Pose) If you do not want to lie down, modify by coming into seated meditation.

Qigong for Resilience's theme is CULTIVATING LIGHT as a way of building resilience in our lives. The routine was thoughtfully designed to allow for a surrender of the things that weigh us down and block us from accessing and feeling the presence of light in our lives. Staying in the light gives us the energy and strength we need to remain resilient before, through, and after the storms and the challenges we all face.
